Subject: Notification of Benchmark Exceedance for Venator Chemicals Permit#
NCS000057: Monitoring Period: Q3 September 2024
Dear Mr. Eplin,
This notification is being made in accordance with our stormwater permit. Please see the
attached table for the results versus the benchmark.
Venator is working on the various tasks associated with implementing the Tier Required
Response/Actions as defined in the operating permit referenced above. If any changes to the
notification procedure are required, please let me know.
Also, it should be noted that Pace labs in Ashville could not run our COD or TKN related to
power outages associated with Hurricane Helene. We will resample those items at the next
event.
This information will also be entered into eDMR.
