Inspection Summary:
Went out on 6/17/2024 and inspected premises with ORC Mike Cudd.
All records were provided and presented before inspection, as well as available upon request at site, and all
information/analyses/reports/etc were up to date and complete with no violations or data errors.
Soil reports indicated a suggestion for lime, and this was brought to attention of ORC to be done.
Lagoon area looked good and had no trees/good vegetative cover, but needs to be cleaned up/mowed because of slight
overgrowth in some areas.
Crops looked good and are as stated in permit, but weed control is needed in Bermuda field, as well as hay removal.
No issues noted other than some clean up in a few areas.
