Inspection Summary:
The site has clearly not been used for some time. Even though the site has been out of service, there are product materials
still on site that must be removed before the dormant status can be granted. There are steel tanks on site that will need to
be pumped completely down and rinsed out. The poly tanks in the secondary containment need to be pumped out and
rinsed as well or pumped out and removed. Once this has been accomplished, we will need a letter that certifies which
tanks were pumped and rinsed and which tanks were removed.
