• At the time of the inspection, all permit renewal fees were paid in full.
• At the time of the inspection, none of the system components could be found. Mr. Applegate stated
that he has never located any component except the lid to the septic tank.
• Mr. Applegate said that he gets the septic tank pumped out every three to five years but doesn't
save the receipts.
