There is a Twin Oaks Grocery site, incident # 21289 and a Twin Oaks Grocery-B site, incident #
30775.
Incident 21289 was closed on 11/12/2004. The No Further Action letter and the closure report are
attached.
Incident 30775 is still open. The latest CAP Performance Report is attached.
It is our understanding that incident 30775 has not been in operation since the spring of 2023, after
reaching levels of attainment.
The last permit renewal fee was paid on August 1, 2022.
