Comments: Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established.No additional self-monitoring or self-inspections are required.Project is in compliance and released under the SPCA.Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities(NCG01)must be requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination(NOT).The NOT is available at: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/NCG01-Termination.Please note that this correspondence must be uploaded as part of completing the NOT process. 3 silt socks left on site were removed upon inspector's request. Inspector noted section of silt fence near permanently stabilized stockpile.However, determined SF is outside LOD,not related to this project,and does not affect project area. Consider removal as it appears to be no longer needed. Some areas of high vehicular traffic would benefit from additional seed and soil amendments to ensure future success of permanent groundcover.
