BEGINNING at a bent one-half inch pipe,the northwest corner of the Thomas T. Archer and wife
property described in Deed recorded in Book 3116, Page 388 of the Mecklenburg County Public
Registry, said corner having North Carolina Grid Coordinates of Y:630467.36 and X:1442147.34; and
said Beginning Point also being located North 23-32-33 East 1,584.94 feet from NCGS Monument
"Hilton"; thence running from said BEGINNING POINT North 73-25-05 East 49.90 feet to a bent half
inch pipe;thence North 72-48-57 East 250.59 feet to a Number 5 rebar, crossing previous rights-of-way
at 220.59 feet and 200.59 feet, said rebar also being the new right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 21 as
described in Deed recorded in Book 8926,Page 479; thence with the new right-of-way line South 16-49-
