Management Commission proposes
to Issue a NPDES wastewater dls-
charge permit to the perwn(s) listed
below. Written canments regarding
the proposed permlt will be accepted
until 30 days after the publish date of
this notice. The Director of the NO DF
vision of Water Resources PDNR) may
hold a public hearing should there be
a significant degree of public Interest
Please mall comments and/or Infer-

of NPDES pennit N00030210 for Its
Mallard Creek Water Resource Recov-
ery Facility, located in Mecklenburg
County. This permitted facility dis-
charges treated municipal wastewater
to Mallard Creek a class C water In
the Yadkin Pee -Dee River Basin. Cur-
renty CBOD, ammonia, feral coliform,
enterecowl, dissolvedoxygen, pH
end total residual chlorine are water
quality @n'M1ed. This discharge may af-
fect future allocations In this segment
of Mallard Creek
