As requested to amend our North Carolina Environmental Quality permit,
Stamey Farms, LLP of 255 Stamey Farm Road, Statesville, NC 28677
hereby agrees to receive approximately 30,000 gallons of dairy rinse water
on average per day from Origin Food Group, LLC of 306 Stamey Farm
Road, Statesville, NC 28677 for the next 18 months or until pending
municipal sewer is installed.
