Good afternoon
This is a response to the NOD received for effluent DO on July 25th 2024. This was due to excessive
rainfall (2.77 inches recorded at the plant) and excessive flows for a period of about 8 hours the plant
flow was in excess of 6 MGD. We were forced to cycle aerators on and off. To prevent future events
like this from happening in the future the city will be going out for bid in the next few weeks to identify
and correct sources of inflow and infiltration. That should reduce storm flows into the plant.
