treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to cause any capacity related
sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station en route to the receiving treatment
plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of the planned improvements identified in
the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis has been performed in accordance with local
established policies and procedures using the best available data. This certification applies to those items
listed above in Sections I and If plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I am the

This letter is to accompany the submittal package for the Amberwood Towns public gravity sewer
application form FTA 10-23.
The Amberwood Towns Subdivision is a proposed 40-lot townhome subdivision that is to be
developed by Burns Drive, LLC. The site is located within the City of Sanford along Friars Drive
(approximately 2,400 feet east of the intersection of US-1 and Burns Drive).
The total wastewater flow generated by the project is expected to be 9,000 gallons per day(GPD),
based on the 2T rules.
The sewer system extension for the project consists of 9 proposed public 4' diameter manholes
and 1,195 linear feet of 8-inch SDR26 PVC.
