The Amberwood Towns Subdivision is a proposed 40-lot townhome subdivision that is to be developed by Burns Drive, LLC. The site is located within the City of Sanford along Friars Drive (approximately 2,400 feet east of the intersection of US-1 and Burns Drive). The total wastewater flow generated by the project is expected to be 9,000 gallons per day(GPD), based on the 2T rules. The sewer system extension for the project consists of 9 proposed public 4' diameter manholes and 1,195 linear feet of 8-inch SDR26 PVC.
