ONSWC is in receipt of your request for response to items 4 and 6 noted in the compliance inspection evaluation dated July 18,2024.

In response to item 4. Contingency Plan for Pump Failure:

ONSWC staff determined to purchase an additional bypass pump rather than installing generators at the lift stations in question. A portable bypass pump provides redundancy as it can
be used in emergencies at various other sewer lift stations.

Your office requested a current list of all Briar Chapel duplex pump stations to include identification, physical address, capacity, emergency power supply and remote monitoring capabilities.
