Happy Valley Elementary School WWTP is a minor facility(flow< 1 MGD)with a design capacity and permitted wastewater discharge of 0.008 MGD. The WWTP was originally permitted in August 1979. The main issue noted in the inspection was that the grout seals where the applicator lines connect to the distribution box should be checked and rehabilitated if appropriate.
