Inspection Summary:
Inspection was conducted on 9/4/2024. Met with Ken Elliott at the site. Permittee was advised to develop a SWPPP in line
with NCG02 permit requirements. Also advised the permitee regarding all other aspects of permit including:
1. stormwater sampling and its subsequent analytical and qualitative monitoring
2. secondary containment
3. spill prevention, response and reporting
4. ROS, etc.
Mining permit has not been issued to this site yet. This NCG02 permit can be issued after the mining permit is approved.
