Accordingly, the following monitoring has been suspended for Permit No. WQ0004270 issued October 21, 2019: ➢ Attachment A (i.e., NDMRs) ➢ Attachment B (i.e., NDARs) ➢ Attachment C (i.e., GW-59s) for MW-20 and MW-21, as well as all parameters for MW-19 except Nitrogen, Nitrate Total (as N) — 00620, pH — 00400, and Water Level — 82546. Maria Schutte of the MRO is following up with our Certification group to determine how to proceed with the ORC visitation requirements. Finally, please note that the permit has not been placed into an "inactive" status as the permit is still active and set to expire June 30, 2025. Nathaniel and Jenee, Please find the attached Permit Inactive Status Request letter for the Wastewater Irrigation System Permit No. WQ0004270 at the AB Carter facility in Gastonia, NC. As described in the letter, the system has been decommissioned, and we are requesting that the permit be placed in an inactive status while we continue to monitor the natural attenuation of nitrate in groundwater at monitoring well MW-19. The request includes a waiver of the ORC visitation requirements and the sampling and reporting requirements (aside from the continued monitoring of MW-19).
