Blythe Construction is the current Permittee holder for NPDES Permit NCG520115. If you no longer require a discharge permit, you should apply for rescission. To rescind an NPDES permit the facility owner (or authorized representative) should send a letter or email including the permit number, name and address of the facility, and reason for the rescission request to the NPDES Permitting and Compliance Program to charles.weaver(adeq.nc.gov.
