Need to have everything by 8/12 to incorporate in the "Explanation of Agenda Items" which I send to the EMC by CD. They become very disturbed when they receive the package late. That is why the deadline has to be adhered to. Thanks for all your efforts and advise me on this item. She will then get back with me as to any specific staff involvement that may be required. Getting on the September agenda on .short notice is questionable, fyi. I am currently getting a variance from the City of High Point on the Randleman Lake stream and stream buffer requirements. I believe that Mr. Burnett from the City of High Point has been in contact with someone on the committee and 2 am writing to verify this information. I currently have support from the City of High Point's Staff for this variance and I am expecting council to approve it August 18, 2005. I am hoping to get on the September Agenda with EMC. I am not sure if there are forms, fee, etc. required to be placed on the EMC Agenda. Therefore, any information on the process or about this project would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your assistance on this matter, Monte J. There is also one of the four maps they sent. I'm curious if either of you know about the project. I'm not interested in granting them a variance until 2 learn more about what they are doing to the stream and also what you folks know about it. Please let me know if you are aware of the project and how is the best way I can learn more about it. Thanks, Boyd 733-5083 ext 559 1 of 1 8/8/2005 11:53 AM
