The Goldsboro WWTP has requested a reduced sampling requirement based on the reduction
of sampling per their NPDES Permit NC0023949. The reduction of monitoring is for CBOD, TSS,
and NH3 from five times per week to twice per week. This office recommends the reduction of
sampling in the Non-Discharge Permit WQ0017791 to twice per week for CBOD, TSS and NH3.

The facility was inspected on August 15th, 2024 and was found to be compliant.
