This project is proposed within a Water Supply Watershed IV Critical Area (WS-
IV CA). This is a state stormwater program that is implemented at the local
government level; in this case, by the Town of Lillington. The maximum
impervious surface for a WS-IV CA is 50 percent. Please redesign this
development so that it does not exceed 50 percent impervious and submit the
stormwater management plan to the Town of Lillington for approval. Once the
stormwater plan is approved, please submit one copy of the stormwater approval
letter from the Town of Lillington and one copy of the approved stormwater plan
must be submitted to the DWQ 401 Oversight/Express Unit.
