Attached please find a copy of NCDEQ's On -Site Determination of the Neuse Buffer Rules, confirming the ditch at the rear of the property is not subject to Neuse Buffer Rules. In addition, please note that the 108 if of 8" DIP listed in the sewer permit is associated with (a) proposed Bore under Old Fire Tower Road and (b) proposed gravity sewer immediately downstream of MH #3.
