Please note that this project has an approved permit (WQ0042450 dated May 11,2021). This is a modification adding additional flow to the project. With the approved permit, 10,917 linear feet of 8 inch gravity sewer to serve 28 two -bedroom townhomes 55 three -bedroom single family homes, and 27 three -bedroom townhomes was approved. The approved flow for this permit is 24.160 gallons per day. The approved permit did not include the entire subdivision due to Johnston County not having enough sewer capacity. Ashton Woods has reached out to Johnston County to confirm that there is now additional capacity to permit the remained of the project. This modification is the permit flow for the remainder of the subdivision. This will serve 94 two -bedroom townhomes and 146 three-bedfroom single family homes. The wastewater generated by this modification will be 46,950 gallons per day. Service flow is based on 75 GPD per bedroom. No additional sewer pipe is being added to this modification. Learn why this is important Hello Chandra and Wesley, After reviewing the Fast Track Sewer System Extension Application for Wilson's Walk (FKA Stalling Station, Cole Road Tract), additional information is required in order to further process the application. Please provide the following information by 10/15/2024, and note that the requested information must be submitted within 30 days of this request, or the applicant will be required to submit a new application and application fee in accordance with 15A NCAC 02T .0107. https://outlook.office.com/mail/inbox/id/AAQkAGQ3ZGU4M2U4LTY2ZTUtNDhiMC04MGIyLTg2ZjEl NGVIMjk4MwAQAB9MgAmUP1tGrD07xoNYdC8%... 2/4 9/24/24, 1:12 PM Mail - Pasha, Tanvir - Outlook 1. FTA Page 2, Section V1.7 should list all the establishments associated with the project. You need to specify whether each establishment is existing or new, alongside the establishment type, and show the flow in the table. Keep V1.8 as it is. If the flow follows the previous/new rule, you can simply include a note with the new rule. 2. Table VII of the FTA is missing all the existing gravity sewers. Although you are only requesting that the flow remain unchanged in the infrastructure, all applications are treated as complete and must include all components, even if it is a modification. 3. Your maps features are quite small and unreadable. According to Section F of the Application Instructions, an 8.5-inch x 11-inch color copy of a USGS Topographic Map and an aerial map should be included with the application. The maps need to clearly identify the project area, including the closest surface waters, general location of the gravity sewer, pumpstations, and force mains, and the downstream connection points for the receiving sewer. Please provide the required maps according to the application requirements. 15A NCAC 02T .0107 Staff Review and Permit Preparation states: • "(2) (e) If an application is accepted and later found to be incomplete, the applicant shall be advised how the application or accompanying supporting information may be modified to make it complete. The staff shall advise the applicant: (2) if all required information is not submitted within 30 days, the project will be returned as incomplete. Any resubmittal of a returned application shall be accompanied with a new application fee." Please contact me with any questions that you may have regarding this request. *Please note that the fee for fast track sewer extension permits has increased to $600 as of October 3, 2023 [as stipulated in the 2023 House Appropriations Act, House Bill 259, Water Quality and Stormwater Fees, Section 12.14(a)].
