Jeff Vaughan and Gary Morehouse of Agri-Waste Technology, Inc. (AWT) conducted the evaluation. Property reference maps (provided by Mr. Landon Lovelace of Underfoot Engineering)is in Attachment 1. The locations for the assessment and testing was shown to AWT personnel by Mr. Landon Lovelace via the maps in Attachment 1. The locations were found in the field using GPS technology. The predominant soil type mapped on the property is Dothan loamy sand (map symbol DoA), with a small area of Norfolk loamy sand (map symbol NoB) in the northwest corner of the property (Attachment 1 and 2). Soil borings were advanced at the 6 locations on October 31, 2018, and indicated that the soil type was most like the Dothan loamy sand soil type. The Harnett County Soil Survey indicates that the Dothan loamy sand soil type has a perched SHWT between 3 and 5 feet below the soil surface. The soil borings advanced by AWT personnel on October 31, 2018, indicated a perched SHWT between 51 and 89 inches below the soil surface as indicated in the Table below. Infiltration tests were also conducted at each of the 6 locations using a concentric ring infiltrometer(Attachment 1 and 3). Each test occurred for approximately 1 hour with 30- 40 minutes of equilibration and 5-35 minutes of measurements. The measured infiltration rates ranged from as shown in the Table below. 1 Seasonal High Water Table (SHWT) and Infiltration Rate Testing Information for Coats Storage.
