Water, NCDEQ and USACE to issue permits to Thomas Waters (Provident Land Services, Inc.), who is
the developer of the Beckingham Subdivision project. It is understood that upon obtaining all the required
permits, the property containing parcels 06153016 & 06153054A will be sold to the Developer and I will
retain no interest in said property.
