Dear Mr.Beeker,
We are in receipt of the DFIVILRPost-Construction Stormwater Program review comments for
the above referenced project dated 8/09/2024. The construction plans, stormwater
management report,and application forms have been revised to address said comments and
below is a summary of the comments received and GEC's response to how each was addressed.
DFIVILRcomment is BOLD and GEC response is lTALICIZED.
1. General Comment s
a. Deed restrictions could not be found in the current submission of the project
package. As a result, comment 2 of the previous request for additional
information remains unaddressed.
GEC Response:A copy ofthe Deed Restrictions and Conveyances form has been
included with this submittal.
b. SHWTboring information could not be located within the provided
geotechnical report. If this has been missed,please direct reviewer to this
information. Otherwise, the previous comment pertaining to this(3g)remains
unaddressed.NOTE: The SHWT must be determined within the SCM footprint.
GECResponse:Additional borings information and updated SHWTelevation
estimate provided as AppendixB3 in the Storm water Management Report.
Borings provided in this addendum report were taken within the SCM footprint.
2. Supplemental-EZ Form Comments
a. Cover Page
i. Line 7—Please include the required vegetated setback width(See 15A
NCACO2H.1017(10)).

GEC Response:Required vegetated setback width (30 it)added to Line 7.
Please also see the On-Site Stream Determination Report for reference
that a vegetated setback should not be required for this site.
b. Drainage Area Pages
i. Lines 5-7—The amounts given for the Entire Site column do not
correspond to what is shown on the Application. Please revise.NOTE:
Typically,there are no off-site components to the Entire Site column as
off-site areas are not located within the site.
GEC Response:Lines 5-7have been revised to only include on-site areas.
ii. Line 12—Please provide a breakdown of the new BUAnot on subdivided
lots, similar to the breakdown in Section IV, 10 of the Application.
GEC Response:Breakdown ofnewBUAnot on subdivided lots have been
added.For reference, this breakdown excludes new BUA for Lots 2-5.New
BUA for Lots 2-5 is included as newBUA on subdivided lots.
iii. Entire Site Column, Lines 19-21 —These items are not necessary for this
column.
GEC Response:Lines 19 through 21 of the Entire Site Column have been
revised.
c. Sand Filter Page
i. Line 15—Previous comment (5ci)remains unaddressed.
GEC Response:Line 15 has been revised. The required OVlplan is
included as an attachment to the O&Vlagreement.
