Unfortunately we are unable to accept the supplemental information for NCG020049 - Pineville Quarry because of the following reason(s): The uploaded ROS approval predates more recent ROS approval history for this permit. The ROS Renewal was for for SDO#110-005, approved in 2015, but there is a more recent ROS approval from the MRO for outfall#110-113 to represent#110-004 and#110-005 in early 2024.The ROS documentation provided with this renewal appears to be outdated/obsolete. Given the recent approval, an ROS renewal certification is not necessary until the NCG020000 permit is renewed.
