I had placed this project on hold July 12, 2007 due to the objection of DMF and i s
concern about adverse impacts. Marine fisheries sent out a NEW Memo (In October)
concerning this project stating that they still Object to the project but are 7~~~``~~`"`
removing their adverse impact concern. Do I still object because it is a PNA
(although the 40' of erosion in the past of the high ground shoreline, converting it
to marsh and PNA area should be thought out) or since DMF has removed their adverse
impact concerns can I issue their certification???
From reading the red book and the definition for SA waters, no degradation of PNA is
allowed and I am assuming that the answer would be i would have to move towards
denial of this permit. Help!!
