The improvements planned in this phase are internal to the SD East parcel and will connect to previously designed infrastructure (WQ0038847). All flows in the system will ultimately tie to an existing pump station that was approved through previous permits (WQ0033227). At this time, due to the uncertain nature of the future outparcels and tenants, the future sewer flows can only be estimated and preliminary modeling has provided an appropriate sizing for the gravity sewer to serve future development. A table calculating future expected flows has been included with this submittal. The system will gravity to a future pump station located onsite. This pump station will be designed and permitted at a later date by others.
