To Whom:
This project is for the development of a new industrial flex I retail facility located along Hyw 601 (at
3108 Drake Road) in Midland (Cabarrus County), NC. The property is currently vacant, and the
Owner would like to construct the new facility which will require one stormwater basin.
The project site is about 4 acres, and the development proposes 1.24 acres of new impervious. Thus,
the project will be about 31%impervious.For this particular project,a stormwater wetland is proposed
as the stormwater management basin/measure.
