Dear Permittee:

The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Parcel No. 76314 Lutterloh
Rd. SFR on 7/26/2024. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance
with the conditions and limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No. WQ0016495. The inspection
revealed that the permitted facility has not been constructed as of July 26, 2024. The findings and
comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report
entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".

Division records indicate a treatment system consisting of a 1,200 gallon baffled septic tank with an effluent
filter; a distribution box followed by a 420.5 square foot (ft) gravity dosed subsurface sand filter; a tablet
chlorinator; a 3,000 gallon storage/pump tank with a 43 gallon per minute (GPM) pump, audible/visual
high-water alarms, and an automatic rain shut-off device; a 0.63 acre spray irrigation area with eight full
-circle, overlapping 78-foot diameter, 5.5 GPM sprinkler heads (set 50 feet on center); and all associated
piping, valves, controls, and appurtenances.

During the inspection, the following was observed:

Schedule (Section I of permit):

1. The permit expires on April 30, 2030. A permit renewal application has not been received as of the
date of this letter. According to the permit Section I. 4. a renewal is to be submitted six months prior to
the expiration of the permit. As the permittee, you are required to renew your permit as
stipulated in the permit.

2. The Permittee shall notify the Raleigh Regional Office, telephone number [phone], at least
two weeks in advance of initial operation of the constructed facilities so that the Division can conduct a
startup inspection. [15A NCAC 02T .0108(b)(1)(B)]

7. The facility continues to be owned by CNC Rentals, LLC. Annual permit fees have been paid for 2023
and 2024. As the permittee, you are required to satisfy the annual permit fee requirement
as stipulated in the permit.

This permit shall not be renewed if the Permittee or any affiliation has not paid the required annual
fee. [15A NCAC 02T .0120(c)]

This report is a notification of the results of the compliance inspection.

Please be aware that non-compliance with your permit could result in enforcement action by the Division of
Water Resources for these and any other violations of State law. The Raleigh Regional Office encourages
you to take all necessary actions to bring your facility into compliance. If you have questions or comments
