The North Carolina Division of Water Resources has received and reviewed your response to a Notice of
Deficiency issued on June 18, 2024 related to the 2023 Annual Residuals Report submitted by the
Tuckaseigee Water and Sewer Authority. It should be noted that the TCLP results for m,p-cresol were
0.192 mg/L, below the regulatory limit of 200 mg/L. This letter is to inform you that this NOD has been
