All non -daily testing (quarterly testing, etc.) scheduling is currently handwritten on a calendar in
the lab office. The physical is to remind the staff of upcoming testing and be prepared for the
testing. Going forward all test scheduling will be entered into an outlook calendar with
reminders. The calendar will be shared between the lab supervisor and plant superintendent.
With this added check and balance and increased awareness that comes with experience it will
be far less likely that a test is forgotten or slips through the `crack'.
