Daniel,

This letter is in response to your August 14, 2024 letter to Pavillon International for
Britten Creek WWTP attached.

Per your letter, we exceeded the daily maximum limit for BOD on 4-16-24 with a 59
mg/L over the 45 mg/L daily limit.

The operator noted the effluent did not appear to have elevated BOD levels at the during
sampling. This was possible due to cleaning products.
