We did sample for toxicity in March 2024. I amended the edmr to reflect the results.
As far as the NOV's for fecal coliform and ammonia was the result of not wasting enough
sludge. Brad McKinney took over as ORC on 10/1/23 and did not respond to the NOV's
received
from October to June 10 when he abruptly left employment with the town of Tryon. I am
continually
working to get the plant back into compliance. I have taken remedial actions to correct this
problem and prevent further occurrences in the future. Please see attached March edmr and
toxicity reports.
