Dear Mr. Bray:
On September 13,2024,the Division of Energy,Mineral and Land Resources conducted a site visit to validate the
permitting needs of Vanguard's multi-building facility on 440 Simpson Street in Conover,NC. The site currently
has 3 certificates of coverage(COCs):NCG180012,NCG180023, and NCG180085. Based on correspondence
with facility contacts and Mooresville Regional Office staff, and a site visit, it was determined the facility one
needs coverage under one singular COC,not three. Therefore,the Stormwater program hereby rescinded
NCG180023 and NCG180085 effective immediately.This site shall continue to be covered under
NCG180012.
