COMPLIANCE HISTORY
Scarlett Acres Mobile Home Park WWTP has not had any enforcements during this permit period. The
facility has been issued five Proceed to NOVs for Fecal Coliform, Flow, and Total Suspended Solids limit
violations, two Proceed to NODS for Fecal Coliform and flow limit violations, and two Proceed to NODS
for flow monitoring violations since the permit was originally issued in May 2021.
Most recent inspection (September 2023) showed the facility to be noncompliant. The 42 blower has been
inoperable for over six months. Also two diffuser drop pipes were inoperable in the A train and one diffuser
drop pipe was inoperable in the B train. Areas of Concern: The flow equalization basin contained excessive
amounts of grease and debris and needs to be cleaned out. Also, there was debris spread across the ground
from when the flow equalization basin had run over in the past.
