On September 18th, 2024, WaRO staff Brooks Sherman completed a compliance evaluation of
Fulcher's Point Pride Seafood Inc. The facility was not actively processing or packing product, and
the site was found to be well-kept and clean. The floor drains were covered, and converged as
depicted in the latest draft permit. The facility applied for permit renewal in September of 2023, and a
renewal draft permit was issued in May of 2024. Follow-up with permitting staff on the issuance of the
NPDES permit will be done to assess site needs.

Comment: Permit renewal application was sent on September 26th, 2023. Renewal DRAFT Permit
