I reviewed your calculations and Supplement,and revised page 3 of the application. It appears that there is a
discrepancy in the BUA listed on the application vs.the Supplement. I think you probably forgot to update the
Supplement. The numbers in the Supplement for BUA are the same as the previous application. Also,don't forget to
update your note under the "Additional Information" section. Note that your% impervious will change and this will
change your calculations slightly.
Please revise and resubmit as necessary.

The two forebays were originally permitted such that their size and volumes were more
suitable to the size of the drainage area that drained to them. The wet pond was an old
borrow pit and is approximately 30 times larger than required based on the drainage area,
amount of impervious area and depth of the pond. The size of forebay#1 has been
increased to account for issues that arose during construction. The volume of forebay#1
was originally permitted at 42,845 cf. The revised plan has the volume at 156,937 cf. It is
still not practicable to have the forebays equal 15 — 20% of the permanent pool volume.
The drainage area for forebay#1 is 55.25% of the total pond drainage area. The volume of
the pond is 4,498,163 cf. If forebay#1 was sized based on the % of the drainage area of
the pond and be 15% of that amount of the permanent pool volume, it would be to have
372,785 cf which is too large to maintain. Permitting the change in the size of forebay #1
does not adversely affect the function of the pond.
There were only a few numbers that changed on the Wet Pond Supplement. Under Wet
Pond MDC from 02H .01053 the following was changed:
