Carter, Inc., Permit #WQ0004270 Gastonia, North Carolina H&H Job No. ABC.030 To Whom It May Concern: On behalf of A.B. Carter, Inc. (A.B. Carter), enclosed are the results for the August 2024 sampling and analysis conducted at the above -referenced facility. Per an email dated July 12, 2022 from the Non -Discharge Branch Chief, Nathaniel Thornburg, monitoring and reporting for the facility has been suspended with the exception of nitrate, pH, and water level for monitoring well MW-19 due to the decommissioning of the spray field system. The nitrate concentration detected in the sample from MW-19 was below the 15A NCAC 02L.0202 Groundwater Quality Standard (2L Standard). Therefore, A.B. Carter is requesting a rescission of the permit. If you have any questions regarding the enclosed results, please feel free to give me a call at (919) 723-2512 or Mike Jeffords of A.B.
