Hi Bethany, I am helping our client prepare a name/ownership change form for NPDES Permit No. NCG060364 that will be submitted when our client closes on the property at the end of September. In researching the permit on the NCDEQ Community Mapping System, I noticed that the permit is mapped to a different location than the facility.The facility is located at 3628 S. Fields Street, but the permit is mapped across the street. See screenshot below, with the star on the parcel where the permit should be mapped. I wanted to make you aware of this so that it can be updated, perhaps at the same time as the name/ownership change form is processed.
