On 09/12/2024, James Elmore and Breann Spencer of the Division of Water Resources conducted a
compliance inspection of the New Hope Church of Christ WWTP.
The July 2024 and March 2024 eDMR's were spot checked for accuracy, with no discrepancies
found. The ORC informed that he has been unable to record influent sampling results on the eDMR
for over a year, and has contacted several people regarding the issue. Despite not reporting influent
results on the eDMR, the influent is still being sampled and tested per the NPDES permit.
The current permit is set to expire on November 30, 2024. A renewal application has been submitted
and the existing permit will remain effective until a new permit is issued.
The current ORC has started and kept up an ORC visitation log, which was not present during the
last inspection.
The facility is deemed Compliant with NPDES permit NC0036919.
