On behalf of International Cushing Company, LLC (ICC), Hickory NC facility(COC NCG050329),we are providing
email notification as required by NCG050000 Part E,Table 3 for a Tier 1 benchmark exceedance. ICC has become
aware of a benchmark exceedance at Outfall 002 for samples collected on August 13,2024(results received by
ICC on September 11, 2024).
The lab report dated August 27,2024, indicated the following:
1. Outfall 002:TSS concentration of 124 mg/L(benchmark 100 mg/L)
