Dear Ms. Peterson, and Mr. Eplin,
Kelly Pipe (COC NCG030727) is providing email notification as required by NCG030000 as per benchmark
exceedances.
Samples were collected on 8/8/24 and there were exceedances in the following outfalls:
• Outfall 001 over in Copper .0110 concentration (benchmark .010)
• Outfall 002 over in Copper .0153 concentration (benchmark .010) and Zinc .158 (benchmark .126)
• Outfall 004 had a Copper concentration of.0123 (benchmark .010)
As of this sampling, our facility remains in Tier 2 Status for TSS and Copper and Tier 3 for Zinc.
We have previously submitted an action plan for the Tier Three status for Zinc on Outfall 002 and are implanting
it at this time.
