10. Comments: Site was inactive upon arrival.Project is complete and erosion measure have allowed
permanent stabilization to occur.
Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional
self-monitoring or self-inspections are required. The plan was approved after April 1,2019
and termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction
Activities should be requested by the permittee via Notice of Termination at
https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/NCGO1-Termination. If you have any questions,please

with the North Carolina Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973.
