The Division of Environmental Management is in receipt
of information which confirms that the subject facility has
been taken out of service and that the wastewater is now
discharged via a pump station, force main, and gravity sewer
to a City of Greensboro sewage line in your area.
Since the Mobile Home Court no longer needs to have
this NPDES Permit for a discharge to the surface waters of
the State of North Carolina, NPDES Permit No. NCO069434 is
hereby rescinded effective immediately.
Should you wish at some future time to discharge
treated wastewater to the surface waters from the Mobile
Home Court it will require the issuance of a new discharge
permit.
