The Division of Environmental Management is in receipt
of information which confirms that the subject facility no
longer discharges to the surface water of the State of North
Carolina.
Due to the fact there will no longer be a need for this
facility to have an NPDES Permit. Therefore, NPDES Permit
No. NC0051241 is hereby rescinded effective immediately.
Should you wish at some future time to discharge to the
surface waters, it will require the issuance of a new
permit.
