Reference is made to the expiration of the subject NPDES Permit. Staff of our _
Winston-Salem Regional Office have confirmed that this facility has now tied into the City
of Greensboro's sewer system. Therefore, NPDES Permit No. NC0078221 is allowed to
expire and will be removed from our computer systems, effective immediately.
If in the future you wish to again discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, '�D _
you must first apply for and receive a new NPDES Permit. Discharging without a valid
NPDES Permit will subject the discharger to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
If it would be helpful to discuss this matter further, I would suggest that you contact
