Sue, I just heard back from Todd (EPA) he concurs with the Corps call that NJ-1 thru NJ-4 are non -Jurisdictional Wetlands (8- 27-2024) Back in July we processed a separate non -JD all for the 6.9 acre wetland in the western side (Juris wetland 9). I've attached what I believe are the most recent impact data and plan. I'll get the AJD out later today.
