Thanks for reaching out. Below are the responses to your questions:
1. Attached is the signed Agent Authorization Form. I haven't ever signed this document in the past but
will start signing them in the future.
2. Mr. Haneline's phone number is 704-252-0004. According to Mr. Haneline, Mr. Burkhard and Ms.
Brown visited the disposal site in late February/early March 2024, but of course a repeat visit is welcome
and Mr. Haneline is expecting their call..
3. 1 have emailed Michael and Jesse to set up a project site visit as soon as possible.
Please let me know if these responses will suffice or if you have any additional questions or concerns.

DWR has reviewed the above -mentioned project and additional information is required for DWR to
complete the review.
1. As the Agent, you must also sign the bottom of the Agent Authorization form. A new form is
attached or you can simply sign the bottom of the form you provided in the application
2. This project is requesting a dredge, and your spoils will be taken to Mr. Haneline's Property. Can
you please provide me a contact email and/or phone number for Mr. Haneline. DWR would like to
complete a site inspection before we can approve your spoils to be taken to this location.
3. DWR would also like to conduct a site visit at the project location 249 Stillwater Road Troutman,
NC. Michael and Jesse (cc'd on this email) will gladly schedule a time at your earliest
convenience. Homeowner and agent should be present but is not mandatory.
Please respond to the item listed below within 30 days of this email. Please note that DWR will consider
this application on hold until receipt of a complete response.
