Regarding the above referenced project, enclosed please find one hard copy of the following
updated items:

 Application for Authorization to Construct Permit with supporting attachments
 Engineering Plans
 Engineering Specifications
 Required Engineering Calculations

This project is funded through ARPA Funds (SRP-W-ARP-0187). An Authorization to Construct
permit is needed as this project features numerous rehabilitation/replacement improvements
including the installation of a new splitter box, new aeration basin, new clarifier, conversion of
the existing chlorine contact basin to UV disinfection, and the conversion of two existing
aeration basins to equalization. Please note that the proposed project will not increase capacity
at this plant. The new treatment train is intended to replace the existing treatment trains #1
and #2. Please also note that DMRs were used through April 2024 for peak flow peak flow and
application information. The Town’s flow meter had issues between May and August and
therefore these months were excluded from the application.
