Mr. Bell: I have replaced the UV power supply and UV light is working at the Harrell project.
I'll get a video sent and also forward information on septic tank pump out that occurred last Tuesday,
7-23-24.
1 have not taken a sample to the lab in a few years. I will get a sample for this system and for Daniel
Bridges
System taken to the lab in the next few days and forward a copy to you.
If I need to do this yearly, I will make sure to do it moving forward.
I'll have info sent in the near future.

Thank you for the information. Could you contact the lab and retrieve the chain of custody forms and
lab analyses for the previous years (2023, 2022 & 2021)? In addition, are you planning on sending the
same information for the Harrell residence? Plus, do you have an update on the power supply
replacement and septic tank pumping that was scheduled for this week?

Mr. Bell: it was nice to meet you yesterday and thanks for doing your job to make sure the
environment is protected.
For Daniel Bridges on Monterosa Road, Concord, NC, he indicated that he had his tank last pumped in
June, 2020 and
It was done by AL Lowder from Albermarle.
I am attaching the reports I have for his inspections.
I had an e-mail hiccup a while back and lost about half of my saved e-mails, including a few reports
and his last test results.
I'll arrange a new lab test for next week and send you the results.
I'll follow up on Harrell System the first of next week.
